Evergreen expands beyond mini waffles with new family-sized offerings

Founder Emily Groden shared that the inspiration came from her own family’s changing needs.  

“I originally started making our mini waffles for my older daughter, who is now seven,” said Groden.  

“As she has grown, so has her appetite. I wanted to feed her a larger waffle that felt indulgent but was still made with ingredients I felt good about.” 

Evergreen has built its reputation on clean-label, better-for-you products that blend convenience with nutrition.  

The new waffles continue this tradition, offering a breakfast solution that’s both satisfying and health-conscious.
