Lukin, who serves as senior vice president and chief marketing officer for Snacks, is set to begin her role as chief growth officer on June 2.

She became the chief marketing officer for Snacks in 2019, during which she improved brand relevance and significantly accelerated innovation, including by launching a limited-edition product that increased consumer engagement.
Prior to her time at Campbell’s, Lukin spent 14 years at Mondelez International, where she led the Oreo and Chips Ahoy! businesses, launched the belVita breakfast brand in the United States, and served as the general manager of global e-commerce. Earlier in her career, she held various marketing roles at Kraft Foods.
