Campbell’s appoints Mohit Anand as president of snacks division

Anand will lead a suite of well known snack brands, including Goldfish, Pepperidge Farm, Snyder’s of Hanover, Lance, Kettle Brand, Cape Cod, Snack Factory and Late July.

USA – The Campbell’s Company has appointed Mohit Anand as Executive Vice President (EVP) and President of Snacks division, effective February 23, 2026.

Anand steps in for Elizabeth Duggan, who is departing after leading the division since May 2025, bringing over 30 years of global CPG leadership to revitalize powerhouse brands like Goldfish, Pepperidge Farm, Snyder’s of Hanover, Lance, Kettle Brand, Cape Cod, Snack Factory, and Late July amid a fiercely competitive US snacking market.

Anand, who reports to President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mick Beekhuizen and joins the Operating Committee as an Executive Officer.

Anand joins Campbell’s from Kellanova, which is now part of Mars Incorporated, following a recent acquisition.

Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President & General Manager in the Accelerator division of Mars Snacking and was a key member of the division’s integration team. Before that, he led Kellanova’s frozen food business based in Chicago.

Previously, Anand led Kellogg’s Snacks business in Asia, the Middle East and Africa. He also led Unilever’s water and beverages businesses out of London.

Anand started his CPG career at Procter & Gamble, spending 15 years in senior marketing and general management roles across Asia.

Anand earned his bachelor’s in engineering from Panjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, India and his master’s in management studies from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai, India.

Beekhuizen praised Anand’s track record: “With some of the best brands in the business, Campbell’s has the right to win in snacking. Adding a leader like Mohit to our talented team will help drive change and deliver the growth we know our Snacks portfolio can achieve.”

“Throughout his career, Mohit has consistently increased sales, improved margins and enhanced operational efficiency on CPG businesses. His proven general management capabilities and strong commercial acumen will help return our Snacks division to sustainable growth.”

Duggan, who joined in 2019 as Chief Transformation Officer before helming Canadian operations, leaves a legacy of operational streamlining.

Snacks contributed about 40% of Campbell’s revenue, with brands like Goldfish (the leading cracker) and Pepperidge Farm cookies anchoring growth amid trends toward premium, better-for-you options.

Anand’s global playbook positions the division for accelerated NPD, supply chain efficiencies, and international pushes, targeting mid-single-digit growth as peers like PepsiCo and Mondelez invest billions in snacking.

This executive refresh signals Campbell’s agility in navigating economic headwinds, private label pressures, and health-focused reformulations, fortifying its 155-year legacy of connecting consumers through cherished foods.
