Bob’s Red Mill debuts Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake Mix

Available now for US$6.89, the Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake Mix is Certified Non-GMO Project Verified.

USA – Bob’s Red Mill has announced the launch of its new Signature Blends Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake Mix, crafted with simple, premium ingredients, with no artificial flavours or colours.

The new mix, which is only available at Whole Foods Market and Amazon, is part of the company’s Signature Blends Baking Mixes product line.

The Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake Mix, made with Bob’s Signature Blend of quality flours, produces a moist, delicate cake with a ribbon of cinnamon sugar in each bite.

A Cinnamon Sugar Topping Packet is included with the Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake Mix to add swirls to the cake, as well as a crunchy, sweet topping. Only three ingredients are needed for the new mixture: water, butter or oil, and eggs.

The Signature Blends Baking Mixes range of products from Bob’s Red Mill consists of carefully blended, premeasured, and mixed premium flours.

Fudgy Brownie Mix, Golden Cornbread Mix, Classic Yellow Cake Mix, and Decadent Chocolate Cake Mix are all part of the Signature Blends collection, which eliminate the need for guesswork when baking.

“The success of our innovative Signature Blends Baking Mix line reflects a growing demand for high-quality, approachable baking solutions. The new Cinnamon Swirl Coffee Cake Mix thoughtfully expands the line, honoring timeless flavors while staying true to Bob’s Red Mill’s commitment to quality ingredients,” said Daniel Barba, vice president of marketing at Bob’s Red Mill.

Bob’s Red Mill was established in 1978 in the U.S. by Bob and Charlee Moore, who were early supporters of the whole grains movement, when other suppliers were profiting more from producing goods more quickly and cheaply.

The company markets itself as the nation’s top miller of various whole-grain foods. It distributes natural grains, certified organic grains, and gluten-free milled grain products throughout the US, Canada, and more than 70 other countries.

The company manufactures more than 200 items, mostly whole grains processed with quartz millstones, along with baking mixes, beans, seeds, nuts, dried fruits, spices, and herbs.

In addition to the company’s online store, factory store, and restaurant, the items are sold through seventy natural food and specialty supermarket distributors in the US and Canada.
