USA – Bell Flavors & Fragrances, a global leader in flavor and fragrance creation, has announced the appointment of Kelli Heinz as its new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
Based at Bell’s headquarters in Northbrook, Illinois, Heinz transitions from her role as Vice President of Marketing & Industry Affairs, bringing nearly 20 years of industry experience and a deep commitment to the company’s growth and innovation.
Kelli Heinz’s career at Bell began in 2006 as a marketing intern, and over the years, she has built a rich portfolio of expertise that spans marketing strategy, industry relations, and brand storytelling.
In addition to her extensive experience at Bell, she was recently appointed President of the Flavour Extract Manufacturers Association of the United States (FEMA) for the 2025-2026 calendar year, reflecting her respected leadership in the flavour sector.
Heinz’s new role as Chief Marketing Officer will involve unifying Bell’s global marketing efforts, overseeing brand strategy and communication, and enhancing the company’s digital customer experience worldwide.

Kelli Heinz is also heavily involved in industry leadership beyond Bell. She has served for 13 years on the Board of Directors of the Women in Flavour & Fragrance Commerce’s Chicago Chapter, serving as President and representing the chapter on the national board.
Additionally, she is on the boards of the Fragrance Creators Association and the Harvard Business School Club of Chicago.
Her family has a strong legacy in FEMA leadership; both her grandfather and father served as FEMA presidents in pivotal eras.
