CHINA – Andrew Mafu Machinery has launched its latest innovation: a fully automated bread production line aimed at modernizing and optimizing industrial baking processes.
The production line can generate up to 10,000 loaves per hour and features modules for dough handling, proofing, baking, and packaging, all coordinated through a central control system to maximize efficiency and minimize waste.
