ACI Group introduces DÜBÖR Release Oils designed to enhance bakery efficiency

USA – ACI Group has expanded its portfolio of innovative ingredients by adding DÜBÖR Release Oils, a high-performance solution aimed at improving bakery operations.

This product reduces waste, enhances safety, and increases efficiency compared to traditional oils. Traditional release agents often require excessive application, leading to costly waste, fire hazards, and hygiene concerns due to carbon buildup on baking surfaces.

In contrast, DÜBÖR’s advanced formulation allows bakeries to use up to 80% less product while ensuring a clean and consistent release of baked goods from tins, molds, and trays.

This breakthrough significantly reduces operational costs while improving the quality of the final products.

The excessive use of conventional oils and emulsions results in increased waste, greasy residue buildup, and higher energy consumption due to more frequent machine cleaning and maintenance.

By switching to DÜBÖR Release Oils, bakeries can eliminate the need for baking paper, which, if used, would substantially reduce material waste and operational costs.

The residue-free formula prevents the carbonization of baking surfaces, extending machinery lifespan, reducing fire risks, and cutting the frequency of deep cleaning cycles, making DÜBÖR a more sustainable and cost-effective choice for bakeries.
