The newly launched Multimilla+ Valley Machine incorporates a range of engineering improvements aimed at optimizing the cleaning and separation stages of wheat milling.

TÜRKIYE – İmaş Machinery (İmaş Makina), operating under the Milleral brand, has officially unveiled its next-generation Multimilla+ roller mill, integrating state-of-the-art structural engineering, automated grinding pressure controls, and energy-efficient drive systems designed to redefine standards in global grain processing.
Officially introduced to the international industry during the IDMA exhibition in Istanbul, the newly designed machine combines high-capacity performance with enhanced food safety standards and operational ease.
At the core of the Multimilla+ design is an untraditional structural architecture focused on long-term mechanical reliability, hygienic design, and vibration mitigation.
The machine is constructed using a proprietary Mineral Casting Carrier Chassis®, a Research & Development breakthrough by İmaş engineers that offers up to 20 times greater vibration damping capacity than conventional welded steel frames.
This structural foundation minimizes mechanical wear and operational noise while protecting sensitive components.
To strictly support international food safety protocols, all product-contact surfaces feature stainless steel construction, rounded internal corners, and minimized dead spaces to eliminate material accumulation and simplify routine sanitation routines.
The feeding and grinding subsystems incorporate several advanced technological automation features.
The Multimilla+ utilizes high-precision infrared level sensors alongside direct-drive feeding rolls to maintain consistent stock distribution into the grinding zone.

For the primary grinding process, İmaş offers optional new-generation torque motors, a significant advancement over traditional pulley-belt transmission systems, which deliver energy savings of up to 25% while providing variable speed control and smooth torque delivery.
Additionally, the mill features İmaş’s proprietary i-GPC® (Active Grinding Pressure Control) system, which automatically monitors and adjusts grinding gap pressure in real time to ensure consistent extraction rates without manual operator intervention.
To minimize operational downtime during maintenance, the machine incorporates fully opening front covers, a removable sliding feeding assembly, and an optimized roll pack system that enables complete grinding roll replacement in approximately 15 minutes.
The machine can also be equipped with the company’s SMARTLUB automated lubrication system, which manages lubrication for a single roller mill or, when connected across a plant, multiple roller mills simultaneously.
With its combination of digital automation, hygiene-focused engineering, and energy efficiency, the Multimilla+ roller mill positions İmaş Machinery to strengthen its market share across international flour, semolina, and grain milling sectors.
The Multimilla+ launch follows a string of recent company milestones, including new milling and feed mill projects across markets such as Iraq and Kazakhstan, underscoring İmaş’s expanding international footprint in grain-processing machinery as milling operators increasingly prioritize hygiene, energy efficiency and reduced downtime in equipment investments.
