The outcomes of this integration include reduced food waste, improved consumer availability, and less guesswork.

UK – Cybake has announced that, with the assistance of Vita Mojo, a tech solutions provider, it has managed to integrate its bakery ERP system with Vita Mojo’s point-of-sale software.
With the help of this new interface, sales and waste data can now be easily transferred from Vita Mojo’s point-of-sale software into Cybake.
This allows Cybake’s robust forecasting engine to determine the precise number of each product that retail bakeries require in their stores on a daily basis.
This guarantees that retail bakeries utilizing both technologies maintain strict waste control while enjoying the best possible product availability.
Some of the most innovative food and drink companies in the UK rely on Vita Mojo’s platform to help them manage more intelligent, data-driven operations.
Vita Mojo gives operators the ability to react to client demands and preferences in real time by providing tools for digital ordering, back-of-house efficiency, and point-of-sale.
Cybake’s bakery management software is used by retail bakers of all sizes and types to reduce waste, increase sales, and boost profitability in their establishments.
Through a direct connection with Cybake, they are now able to automate precise daily production estimates using real sales and waste data that was recorded in Vita Mojo’s system.
“We are currently working on some significant customer projects with Vita Mojo and scoping out more for the future. Vita Mojo creates amazing, innovative technology that has rapidly become popular among UK retail bakeries. We appreciate the company’s cooperative development strategy,” said Ali Lyons, managing director of Cybake.
“Vita Mojo’s integration with Cybake is a powerful example of how connected systems can unlock real operational gains for retail bakers. By combining our strengths, we’re helping operators make smarter, data-led decisions that cut waste, improve profitability and run smarter, more efficient businesses,” said Danna Gurbaxani, chief revenue officer at Vita Mojo.
This comes after Cybake recently introduced a new module focused on paperless lot tracking, traceability, and manufacturing execution to its ERP-style bakery management system.
With the new module, instead of relying on error-prone paper systems or spreadsheets, staff can enter vendor lot codes for ingredients upon arrival.
Cybake then generates internal lot codes and prints new barcodes to be attached. Each ingredient is tracked systematically through production, picking, and delivery processes.
