According to Statista, the bread and bakery products market in Turkey is projected to reach US$31.26 billion by 2025, with an expected annual growth rate of 12.28% until 2030.

Key categories within the Turkish bakery market include baking ingredients, mixes, bread and rolls, breakfast cereals, cakes, pastries, and sweet pies.

A report released by IMARC Group indicates that Turkey’s growing and urbanizing population is expanding the consumer base for bakery products.

Smaller family sizes and an increasing number of single-person households are driving demand for convenient and portion-controlled options.
