This local production is expected to reduce import dependency, accelerate supply response times, and foster job creation in Lagos and surrounding areas.

The launch coincides with the company’s celebration of eight years of innovation.

The three-year project seeks to reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, particularly methane, from rice cultivation.
