SFML used the conference as a platform to honor top-performing sales professionals whose contributions significantly boosted sales volumes
SRI LANKA – Serendib Flour Mills (SFML), a leader in Sri Lanka’s food manufacturing sector, hosted its Annual Sales Conference 2025, bringing together its nationwide sales force to celebrate achievements, recognize excellence, and outline strategic initiatives for the coming year.
The event featured a comprehensive review of SFML’s 2024 accomplishments, highlighting the company’s strong performance and market growth.
With a focus on maintaining its position as a leading flour supplier in Sri Lanka, SFML used the conference as a platform to honor top-performing sales professionals whose contributions significantly boosted sales volumes in key market segments.
Among the notable awardees, R. Ravi Pragash received the prestigious award for Overall Highest Volume Percentage Increase among Sales Executives. K.T.D. Ajith Wasantha Kumara Thanthrige was recognized as the Area Sales Manager with the highest volume growth.
Additionally, the outstanding sales team led by Chinthaka Darshana Rajapaksha, comprising Nadan Roshan Dashana, B. Chanramohan, K.D. Champika Udesh, and W.A.S.J. Thushara, was honored for achieving the highest collective volume increase in 2024.
SFML also recognized excellence in category-specific sales performance. Sathyaseelan Hariharan and M.S. Mohamed Nayeem were awarded for the highest volume growth in the bakery segment as Sales Executive and Area Sales Manager, respectively.
In the eatery segment, Inzamam Nukman Hajrin Rasheed and W.E. Chandima Priyadarshana Ekanayaka were acknowledged for their outstanding achievements.
Special recognition was given to P. Thushara Lanka Peiris for exceptional contributions in managing general trade and key accounts. Additionally, Darshana Abeywardana Jayawickrama was appreciated for significant efforts in field sales staff training at NVQ Level 4, further reinforcing SFML’s commitment to professional development.
A key highlight of the conference was the recognition of team members who successfully completed the leadership and strategic training program conducted by the Trainers PIM Alumni Association (PIMA) of the Postgraduate Institute of Management.
This initiative underscores SFML’s dedication to continuous skill enhancement and leadership development within its workforce.
