UAE – JK Foods, the Indian snack manufacturer behind the popular Fun Flips brand, has officially entered the United Arab Emirates market through a strategic partnership with Lulu International Group, one of the largest retail chains in the Middle East.
The move marks Fun Flips’ first major international expansion, setting the stage for broader growth across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
Launched in late September 2025, Fun Flips has already achieved intense initial penetration across Lulu’s extensive retail network in the UAE.
The brand’s entry is part of a long-term vision to establish a robust presence in the Gulf, with plans to expand into Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Bahrain in the coming months.
Commenting on the partnership, Yusuff Ali M A, Chairman and Managing Director of Lulu Group International, expressed confidence in Fun Flips’ regional appeal: “With our wide customer base and retail presence, we believe Fun Flips will gain significant traction in the Gulf market.”

The launch is expected to be followed by phased rollouts in other GCC countries, supported by targeted marketing and in-store promotions.
JK Foods views the Gulf region as a strategic growth corridor, citing its dynamic retail landscape and rising appetite for global snack brands.
With this expansion, JK Foods joins a growing list of Indian FMCG companies seeking international growth through partnerships with established retail players.
