Cybake integrates with Dill labelling software to streamline bakery operations

The integration is designed to improve accuracy, save time, and strengthen compliance for Food to Go, retail, and foodservice operations by ensuring that ingredient, allergen, and expiry information on labels reflects live production and recipe changes.

UK – Cybake, the UK’s premier provider of bakery enterprise resource planning (ERP) software, has announced a seamless integration with Dill, a cutting-edge Swansea-headquartered food labelling platform.

This partnership merges production data with labelling workflows, eliminating manual errors and boosting compliance in an era of stringent food safety regulations across the UK and North American markets.

Cybake, renowned for its comprehensive bakery management solutions serving users from Europe to Australia and Asia, now channels product details, recipes, allergens, and nutrition facts directly into Dill’s automated system.

This eliminates redundant data entry, ensuring labels reflect real-time updates from recipe changes or ingredient swaps.

Bakeries benefit from time savings, enhanced accuracy, and consistent labelling for everything from artisan loaves to packaged pastries, critical in high-volume retail and foodservice environments.

Dill, specialising in Food to Go compliance and traceability, automates Natasha’s Law requirements in the UK, mandating clear allergen declarations, while gearing up for US expansions, such as New York State’s November 2026 rules on on-site prepared foods.

With this integration, product, recipe, allergens and nutrition data from Cybake flows directly into Dill.

This ensures labels are always based on the most up-to-date information, removing the need for teams to re-enter data or manually transfer details.

The result is improved accuracy, time savings, and consistency across all products.

The integration supports regulated font sizes, bolded allergen labelling, use-by dates, and nutrition panels, accessible on tablets for on-the-floor printing without workflow disruptions.

Award-winning artisan wholesaler Roger’s Bakery in Marsden, West Yorkshire, has been among the first to test the new integration.

Owner Roger Haycock said he needed a seamless connection between his manufacturing and labelling software, one that automatically updated whenever a recipe or ingredient changed.

He added that all his staff can now quickly print and reprint labels directly from a tablet without interrupting others, making the whole process more efficient.

Cybake CEO Ali Lyons emphasised: “This integration removes the need to manage labeling separately from production. It means our customers can keep everything accurate and up to date without adding extra steps.”

Alex Coldea, CEO, Dill, added: “This integration removes the biggest friction in labeling: data entry. Recipe changes in Cybake are reflected instantly in Dill – zero manual input, faster production and labelling ops for our end users. Every label is fully compliant and traceable, including use-by dates, regulated font sizes, and automatic allergen bold formatting, with data from Cybake. With new regulations hitting NY this year, bakeries across the UK and US now have one connected system to stay ahead of both markets.”

The integration provides a simple way for bakeries to make labeling faster, more accurate, and easier to manage as part of day-to-day operations.
