The expansion includes a US$200 million investment intended to double production capacity at the Vineland facility, a multi‑component buildout including a Viennese pastries line, R&D centre, and culinary academy scheduled to begin operating in the second quarter of 2026.

USA – Bridor, a leading producer of premium bakery products and Viennese pastries sold in over 100 countries and part of the Le Duff Group, has advanced its major expansion at its Vineland, New Jersey facility.
The broader project is part of a US$200 million investment intended to double production capacity at the Vineland facility.
The project, which broke ground in fall 2024, includes a new 51,000-square-foot building housing a high-speed Viennese pastry line operational since summer 2025, and is now producing premium Viennese pastries for professional foodservice and retail partners across the United States and beyond.
The expansion adds a new Viennese pastries line, a warehouse, a research & development center, a culinary academy, and a baking center, alongside the automated bread line installed within the original plant footprint.
Bridor described the investment as a continuation of a multi‑year US capital program to scale operations and bring production closer to American customers.
Further progress involves installing a new automated bread production line within the existing building footprint, set to replace the current one and become operational in Q2 2026, enhancing efficiency and output for bread and pastries tailored to North American foodservice and retail markets.
Bridor North America CEO Eric Julliet de Saint Lager emphasized, “This expansion reflects our commitment to growing closer to our customers and responding quickly to the needs of the US market.”
“By strengthening our Vineland production capabilities, we’re able to scale efficiently while preserving the craftsmanship, quality and consistency that define BRIDOR.”
The site, operational since 2002 and previously expanded in 2015, now supports localized production of European-inspired products using regional ingredients.
A celebration on January 28, 2026, marked the milestone, highlighting Bridor’s multi-billion-dollar US strategy amid rising demand for artisanal-quality baked goods.
