Abe’s Muffins introduces new frosted cake lineup

The cakes are offered in two core flavors: Vanilla and Chocolate.

USA – Abe’s Muffins, a baker specialising in allergen-free baked goods, has added four new varieties to its iced cakes product line: vanilla, chocolate, pumpkin, and gingerbread.

The cakes are offered in two core flavors: Vanilla and Chocolate, as well as two seasonal varieties, Pumpkin and Gingerbread.

Each is crafted free from major allergens, including peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, egg, soy, sesame, and pea protein, like other Abe’s Muffins products.

Drawing inspiration from classic birthday cakes, the treats are topped with rich frosting and rainbow sprinkles made from natural colors.

Abe’s Muffins notes that roughly two children per classroom have food allergies, making these allergen-free cakes a thoughtful choice for inclusive celebrations.

“We launched our iced cakes due to the extremely positive reception of our school-friendly and vegan cupcake line, which has gained excellent traction in retailers like Sprouts nationwide,” said Tiffany Syrop, head of marketing and sales at Abe’s Muffins.

Abe’s Muffins produces its cakes in an allergy-conscious facility located in West Nyack, New York.

Free from artificial flavors, preservatives, and additives, the products are crafted using non-GMO, all-natural ingredients, reflecting the company’s commitment to clean-label standards.

Abe’s Muffins started as a commercial bakery with the goal of spreading happiness, one delicious dessert at a time, about 20 years ago.

Abe’s family, motivated by his severe food allergies, including anaphylaxis to peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame, created a delicious, allergy-friendly treat that he could enjoy safely.

What began as a personal mission to combat the isolation Abe faced during school celebrations and meals grew into a broader effort to offer inclusive, “School-Friendly” baked goods.

Today, Abe’s Vegan Muffins provides a safe and tasty option for families navigating food allergies, with treats that everyone can enjoy together.

Abe’s muffins are made with love in an allergy-safe, “School-Friendly” bakery using non-GMO, all-natural ingredients, free from major allergens and additives.

The iced cakes are currently available at Wegmans and Fresh Direct, with broader availability planned across additional US retailers later in the year.
