Reading Bakery Systems appoints Susan Mitchell as new HR director

Roseann Reinhold, the former director of human resources at RBS, is scheduled to retire.

USA – Reading Bakery Systems (RBS), a global leader in baked snack production solutions, has appointed Susan Mitchell as director of human resources.

Mitchell had HR leadership positions at a number of other companies before joining RBS, including Haller Enterprises, a plumbing and electrical company; Montrose Environmental Group, Inc., a provider of environmental services; and Emerson Automation Solutions, a maker of automation technology.

Mitchell holds a master’s degree in business administration from Saint Francis University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration and Spanish from Juniata College.

“We extend our sincere thanks to Roseann Reinhold for her many years of invaluable contributions to the success and culture of RBS. We wish her the very best in her well-earned retirement,” said Chip Czulada, President of Reading Bakery Systems.

Czulada went on to say that they are thrilled to have Susan Mitchell join the RBS family, highlighting her dedication to professional growth and her leadership expertise in human resources in both the industrial and service sectors as valuable assets to their team.

This comes after the company appointed Eyad Alsabbagh as a Process Technologist. Eyad is a great asset to the RBS team owing to his more than 20 years of experience in product development, process optimization, and snack and biscuit manufacturing.

Eyad was based in the UK to work directly with clients to create new snack products, streamline production procedures, and offer technical assistance to guarantee effective and superior manufacturing.

His background in food science, combined with hands-on experience in product development and quality assurance, positions him as an excellent resource for delivering solutions and support to RBS customers.

Eyad graduated from Damascus University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Engineering (Food Science) and has undergone extensive industry training in quality assurance, HACCP, extrusion technology, and food safety.
