FRANCE – MECATHERM has launched MyMecatherm, a new digital platform and connected services (Digital Care and Digital Care+) designed to simplify production-line management for industrial bakeries.

The technology, which was created in collaboration with IoT specialist MaMaTa, gives MECATHERM professionals direct access and converts real-time machine data into understandable, actionable insights.

MyMecatherm records important performance indicators, such as temperature, energy consumption, line speed, and product parameters, and displays them through personalized dashboards as bakeries produce ever-increasing amounts of operational data.

The machine relays instantaneous, color-coded anomaly notifications to users, facilitating quick root-cause analysis and tactical decision-making.

Digital Care provides options for creating custom analytics in addition to current, historical, and cumulative data views.

Predictive maintenance features are added by Digital Care+: automated notifications highlight deviations (such as conveyor-chain tension drift in ovens), and comprehensive diagnostics and troubleshooting instructions assist to avoid unscheduled downtime, prolong equipment life, and lower maintenance expenses.

The platform provides bakery teams with self-guided troubleshooting and process support by centralizing tutorials, documentation, and spare parts listings in addition to machine monitoring.

Throughout the equipment lifecycle, closer cooperation is fostered by an integrated messaging function that guarantees real-time interaction with MECATHERM’s support network.

MyMecatherm aims to increase uptime, improve sustainability through prompt part replacements, and give operators more autonomy by turning raw data into tailored recommendations and proactive alarms, ultimately increasing production line productivity and confidence.

Founded in 1964, MECATHERM designs, manufactures and installs automated equipment and production lines for industrial bakeries and other pastry-making companies and individuals across the globe.
