The company plans wider distribution and stronger marketing as it works to grow beyond its core regions.

INDIA – India-based edible oil maker, Mahesh Edible Oil Industries, has set a target of 25 percent revenue growth in the 2026 to 2027 financial year, supported by expansion into new regions and increased investment in marketing and distribution.
The company says it will focus on building a stronger national presence after establishing a firm base in North and Eastern India. It plans to onboard more super stockists, dealers and distributors to widen its reach and improve product availability across the country.
Managing Director Dinesh Rathore said the company sees this growth target as part of a long-term plan to move from a regional player to a national brand.
“We want to build a strong presence across India while maintaining the trust we have earned in our core markets,” he said. “Our next phase of growth will come from deeper distribution and stronger engagement with consumers.”
The company will also increase its focus on rural markets, where demand for packaged edible oils continues to rise. It believes its existing customer base gives it a strong base to support this expansion.
Kapoor partnership supports brand push
As part of its marketing efforts, Mahesh Edible Oil Industries has appointed Ranbir Kapoor as brand ambassador for its SALONI Mustard Oil, SALONI Soya Chunks and Stayfit Refined Oil products.
The company expects the partnership to improve brand visibility and recall in both urban and rural markets. It also aims to strengthen its position in the premium and semi premium segments.
The upcoming campaign featuring Kapoor will run across multiple platforms as the company works to reach a wider audience.
Alongside its edible oil business, the company continues to grow its presence in the soya chunks category under the SALONI brand. It sees rising demand for protein based foods as an opportunity to expand this segment.
Category Head Aditya Rathore said the company will scale the soya chunks business in line with its core portfolio.
“We are seeing strong demand for protein rich products, and we plan to grow this segment through wider distribution and focused marketing,” he said.
With expanded production capacity and modern manufacturing facilities in place, Mahesh Edible Oil Industries says it remains focused on consistent growth while maintaining quality standards across its product range.
