Kellogg’s launches festive twist to its Rice Krispies Squares range  

Available as a four-bar multipack for £2.25 (US$2.95), the Rice Krispies Squares Yule Log Style is being rolled out exclusively through Tesco for the duration of the festive period.

UK – Kellogg’s has brought fresh festive excitement to its snacking portfolio with the unveiling of the limited-edition Rice Krispies Squares Yule Log Style, landing in UK stores just in time for the Christmas season.   

The new holiday-exclusive variant reimagines the ever-popular Rice Krispies Squares with an indulgent Yule log twist, combining the classic crunchy marshmallow treat with a rich chocolatey syrup and a charming dusting of white sugar sprinkles, creating a snack that exudes seasonal cheer and nostalgia.

The bars are positioned as a fun, on-the-go treat perfect for Christmas lunchboxes, snack breaks during holiday shopping, and moments of sweet indulgence throughout December.

Holly Wright, Kellogg’s Senior Activation Brand Manager, highlighted shoppers’ enthusiasm for new and playful flavors, stating that the Yule Log Style variant provides “a delicious seasonal treat that’s perfect to enjoy as a moment of indulgence over Christmas.”   

Wright further emphasized the popularity of festive flavors and the consumer demand for limited-edition snacks that offer something fun and differentiated at the holidays.   

Kellogg’s effort to diversify its Rice Krispies Squares range reflects a broader trend towards seasonal launches and exclusives in the snacking sector, leveraging retail partnerships to maximize their impact and visibility.
