USA – Lance, the Beloved snack brand of The Campbell’s Co., has launched its bold new limited-edition flavour: Nashville Hot sandwich crackers for the August summer season.
This marks Lance’s first new variety in nearly four years, and it’s already generating buzz among fans of fiery snacks and Southern-inspired flavors.
This special-edition launch responds to ongoing consumer demand for spicy snacks, a market now worth US$4.8 billion, based on industry insights.
With this release, Lance introduces bold, fiery flavor innovation to the sandwich cracker category, which has typically leaned toward more subtle taste profiles.
The new offering features a unique combination of creamy cheddar filling infused with hot sauce and dill pickle, sandwiched between Lance’s signature Toast Chee Cheddar crackers, providing a one-of-a-kind spicy snacking experience.
Inspired by the iconic Nashville Hot chicken sandwich, the flavor delivers a tangy, spicy kick that pays homage to Lance’s Southern roots.

Available in 10-packs of six sandwich crackers, the Nashville Hot flavor is designed for on-the-go snacking and is hitting shelves at major retailers including Walmart, Kroger, and Food Lion, with a suggested retail price of US$5.69.
This isn’t Lance’s first foray into spicy territory; the brand previously released a Spicy Cheddar variant, but the new Nashville Hot crackers are its hottest offering to date.
The launch also positions Lance ahead of competitors like Ritz and Munchies, which have dabbled in spicy flavors but haven’t embraced the Nashville Hot trend with the same intensity.
