From grain intake to final product flow, every stage of this installation was designed to support continuous operation and consistent output.

RUSSIA – Aybakar Milling Machinery has successfully completed a major turnkey flour mill installation, commissioning a 300-ton-per-day flour mill in Ust-Labinsk, Russia.
The project adds modern processing capacity to a key grain-producing region and reflects continued investment in efficient flour milling infrastructure despite ongoing operational and logistical pressures in Russia.
In high-capacity mills, even minor inefficiencies can translate into material losses, higher operating costs or quality inconsistencies.
According to Aybakar, the Ust-Labinsk facility was designed with integrated process control, material handling and production stages configured to support continuous operation with reduced downtime, smoother product flows and optimised process efficiency, key metrics for modern mill owners pursuing both expansion and control over output quality.
“What stands out in projects like this is not only capacity, it’s the engineering discipline behind it. Every line, every machine, every integration point contributes to a system that works as one,” the milling technology company said.
This project builds on a string of recent deliveries that illustrate Aybakar’s expanding international footprint.
Founded in 1932 in Ankara, Aybakar has evolved from a domestic machinery manufacturer into an international supplier of turnkey solutions
Operating in more than 80 countries, Aybakar provides end-to-end milling solutions including complete turnkey projects, individual machinery supply, spare parts, and technical support.
In November 2025, the company completed a 250 TPD turnkey flour mill in Iraq, aimed at supporting local wheat processing capacity and strengthening supply-chain resilience amid sustained demand for wheat-based foods.
The firm integrates high-efficiency roller milling systems, advanced material handling, automation and controls, supported by in-house R&D and engineering teams focused on cost-effective, high-performance systems.
